- Return Eligibility
A return may be approved if one of the following applies:
The container delivered is not the item ordered (wrong size, type, or condition).
The container arrives damaged beyond normal cosmetic wear expected with used units.
Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items.
Conditions to qualify for a return:
Notify us within 45 hours of delivery.
Provide photos showing the issue.
Return must be approved in writing before shipping the container back.
Product Condition:
New or slightly used containers are eligible for return.
Custom-modified or “as-is” containers are only eligible if the item received does not match the order.

Eligible returns must be requested within 40 days of delivery.
No returns will be accepted after this period.

- Return Shipping Costs
Customer is responsible for all return transportation fees, including:
Pickup scheduling
Haulage and fuel surcharges
Redelivery or repositioning fees
Fees are quoted before pickup.
- Refunds
Refunds are processed once the container is returned and inspected.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable, except if the error was ours.
